Dr. Niobe Way, Professor of Developmental Psychology, has been my supervisor and mentor in the NYU Science of Human Connection Lab for over two years now. Dr. Way is also the founder of the Project for the Advancement of Our Common Humanity at New York University, the past President of the Society for Research on Adolescence, and co-director of the Center for Research on Culture, Development, and Education at NYU. David Langer, MD - Award Winning Neurosurgeon
In 2018, I was selected to shadow Dr. David Langer, chair of neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, and vice president of neurosurgery for Northwell Health Western Region. Under his supervision, I observed three neurosurgeries, shadowed doctors and nurses on their rounds, and learned more about a prospective career in neurology.
